Our 3D virtual walkthrough, dollhouse rendering and VR headset setup services are quoted individually. A written project agreement defines deliverables, responsibilities, price and schedule before work starts. This page explains our services; it is not an order or a signed project agreement.

The 72-hour visualization turnaround

The offer covers first complete delivery of the agreed single-unit visualization within 72 elapsed hours after usable plans, required details and scope approval are supplied. We confirm that starting point with you. The package includes the agreed furnished GLB model, detailed still images, dollhouse overview and interactive walkthrough.

A complete unit means the rooms and spaces included in the agreed single-unit scope, not an entire building or every unit type in a development. Image count, camera views, finish direction and file handoff are settled before work. Missing dimensions or unresolved source information must be addressed before the clock begins.

Revisions and changes

Review rounds, feedback timing and revision allowances are agreed in writing. Revisions, replacement plans, additional units and larger developments have separately agreed schedules and prices. The 72-hour offer does not cover ongoing revisions, full-building modelling or VR headset setup.

VR headset setup

We review the proposed headset, presentation software and source content before agreeing a setup. The scope identifies the complete render library to load, project and unit organization, any conversion or preparation, playback checks and the operating handoff. Still images, panoramas and interactive models support different viewing experiences; compatibility is confirmed for the selected device and formats.

Hardware supply, software licenses, account access, content preparation, delivery arrangements and ongoing updates are included only when stated in writing. Headset setup has its own schedule. No device purchase or recurring software subscription starts when you inquire.

Presentation and limitations

Visualizations are illustrative presentation materials. We do not certify construction accuracy or guarantee buyer interest, sales or commercial results. The agreement identifies the approved uses and delivery formats.

Rights and approvals

You must have permission to share and use supplied drawings, models, renders, photography and other materials. Usage rights, third-party asset licenses, editable files and publication approvals are confirmed in writing. See the visualization policy for model limitations and sample limitations.

Starting a project

Sending an inquiry does not place an order or start a subscription. Work begins after the written scope, price and starting conditions are agreed.
