Illustrative marketing material

Models and rendered images communicate a layout and presentation direction. Dimensions, furnishings, materials, lighting and finishes are illustrative unless expressly identified in the agreed scope. The work is not a construction document, survey, professional design certification or verification of a finished property.

Developers approve supplied facts and the descriptions accompanying their project marketing. Changes to plans and finish schedules are handled through the agreed review process.
